An autoclave is a machine used to carry out industrial and scientific processes requiring elevated temperature and pressure in relation to ambient pressure<\/a> and\/or temperature<\/a>. Autoclaves are used before surgical procedures to perform sterilization<\/a> and in the chemical industry to cure coatings and vulcanize<\/a> rubber and for hydrothermal synthesis<\/a>. Industrial autoclaves<\/a> are used in industrial applications, especially in the manufacturing of composites and laminated safety glass.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- For crazing test of glazed ceramic tiles<\/strong> in laboratory ceramic tile industry by saturated steam by 5 till 7 bar pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-For the thermal treatment of composite materials<\/strong> in aerospace technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.For the production of autoclaved<\/strong> aerated concrete <\/strong>(AAC<\/strong>) and sand lime bricks as well as gypsum and  concrete materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- For the production of laminated safety glass<\/strong> as well as windscreens for the entire product range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
